A total of 5,946 students have been allotted MBBS and BDS seats, which is higher compared to the previous list, where 5,839 seats were allotted.

Candidates who find discrepancies in the provisional result may submit their complaints via email at [email protected] by 3 PM on August 17, 2025. In this round, 4,377 students secured MBBS seats, while 1,877 were allotted BDS seats. According to CEE, the allotment list was prepared based on the online options submitted between July 30 and August 4, 2025, and again from August 9 to August 15, 2025, up to 11:59 PM. Candidates can check their allotment status through the KEAM 2025 Candidate Portal under the “Allotment List” section.

Government Medical Colleges in Kozhikode and Thiruvananthapuram were the preferred choices of nearly the top 300 rank holders in the state merit list, with a few also choosing GMC Kottayam and GMC Thrissur. The top-ranked candidate was allotted MBBS at Government Medical College, Kozhikode, while the second rank holder opted for GMC Thiruvananthapuram.

As per the updated counselling schedule, the final seat allotment list will be published on August 18, 2025, and colleges must complete admission approval by 5 PM on August 24, 2025.
