4. Click on “Apply for Admission in Medical, Dental, Homeopathy, and Ayurvedic” after purchasing the PIN to initiate the registration process.

D. ROUND-04 (Stray Vacancy Round)
a) No fresh registration for candidates in the Stray Vacancy Round.
b) Seat allotment may be conducted online or offline, as determined by the Admission Committee.
c) Eligible candidates without a seat in previous AIQ/State Quota rounds may participate.
d) Candidates holding MBBS and BDS seats from Round 1 and/or Round 2 in State Counselling cannot participate in the AIQ Mop-up round.
Modifications to rules:
1. Rule 8: Online payment and PIN purchase are required for registration. Non-refundable registration fee and refundable security deposit are collected. The refundable security deposit may be forfeited under certain conditions.
2. Rule 11: Candidates must pay fees determined by the Fee Regulatory Committee. Admission is confirmed upon payment of tuition fees. Failure to pay within the specified time leads to admission cancellation. Reshuffling of seats is allowed, and vacant seats may be converted to the Unreserved category after the second round.
3. Rule 15: Specifies the cancellation of admission and fee refund processes. Refund of fees collected from candidates who fail to register within the specified time limit or withdraw during the designated period is addressed.

- The candidate should have completed the recognized MBBS or BDS course from a university established under any law of the Government of Gujarat and situated within the State of Gujarat.
- Alternatively, the candidate should have completed the recognized MBBS or BDS course from a university established under any law of the Government of India and located in any State/Union territory of India/Out of India. This is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria of NMC, New Delhi/Government of India. 1. Purchase the PIN online from the website www.medadmgujarat.org by paying Rs. 3000/- (Non-refundable) + Rs. 25,000/- (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs. 28,000/-.
2. Candidates are informed that all admission-related activities should be completed within the specified time limit set by the Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC). Refer to the admission schedule declared by ACPPGMEC on www.medadmgujarat.org.
3. Candidates qualifying for NEET-PG in the current academic year and meeting the eligibility criteria of Gujarat State must visit www.medadmgujarat.org for Online Form Registration.
4. For online form registration, click on “Medical, Dental, CPS diploma” under “Post Graduate Admission.” A new window will appear on the computer screen.
5. Click the “Login for Postgraduate Medical Admission” button, and a new window will appear.
6. Click on “Purchase PIN” to buy the online PIN, following the provided instructions. The PIN can be obtained by paying Rs. 28,000/- (Rs. 3000/- Non-Refundable + Rs. 25,000/- Refundable Security Deposit).
7. Click on “Candidate Registration/Login” to initiate the registration process. A new window will appear.
8. For new registration, click “Click here for New Registration.” The New Registration window will be displayed.
9. Enter the required details, including the serial number of the PIN,’ ’14-digit PIN,’ ‘E-mail Address,’ and mobile No.,’ ‘Roll No. (NEET Roll No.),’ and ‘Captcha Image.’ Verify the details and click “SUBMIT.”
10. Fill in personal details in the displayed “Online Registration Form.” The candidate’s ‘Serial number of PIN’ will serve as a login/USER ID. Set a password, and remember it for future logins.
11. Maintain the confidentiality of your password and purchased PIN. Store your ID, Password, and PIN at multiple secure locations. If you lose your PIN, visit CCR, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar, to regenerate it by paying Rs. 500.
12. Verify the entries, select “I Agree” if the declaration is acceptable, and click “SUBMIT.” If any mandatory information is missing, complete the form and click “SUBMIT.”
13. Click on “Save Changes,” and a new window will appear.
14. “Registration Details” will be generated. Click “EDIT/CONFIRM APPLICATION” if corrections are required. Upload the necessary documents and click “Confirm Registration Details.” No changes will be allowed after this step.
15. Schedule an appointment for Document Verification at a Help Center. Select the Date and Help Center at the time of printing the Registration Slip. Submit “Registration Details” and relevant original documents and self-attested photocopies at the appointed Help Center.
16. Print the Registration Details by clicking “Re-Print Registration Slip” or “Registration Details” under “REGISTRATION DETAILS.”
17. For Help Center confirmation, take two copies of the “Registration Details.” Attach self-attested copies of all relevant documents as per the list mentioned at the bottom of the Registration Details. Both the candidate and parent/guardian must sign the Registration Details. SC/SEBC/ST/EWS/PwD category candidates must submit two copies of caste certificates, non-creamy layer certificates, and school leaving certificates/transfer certificates.
18. The Help Center officer will verify the Registration Details and documents, retain the Registration Slip and documents, and issue a signed and sealed Registration Slip to the candidate. It is mandatory to verify all original documents at the Help Center and obtain a Registration Slip for further eligibility.
23. For NRI CATEGORY CANDIDATES: Document verification and submission for NRI Quota will only be done at the ACPUGMEC office, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar. Detailed instructions for NRI candidates are available on the website www.medadmgujarat.org.
24. For PwD (PERSONS WITH DISABILITY) CANDIDATES: Candidates applying for the PwD quota must undergo a disability examination at the Medical Board of ACPUGMEC. MBBS/MS/MD Admissions in Gujarat: Documents Required for Gujarat NEET PG Admission 2024
1. Provide individual attempt-wise Marksheets for all years of MBBS/BDS.
2. Include a copy of the NEET-PG Marksheet for the current academic year.
3. Furnish the internship completion certificate on or before the specified date of 11/08/2023.
4. Submit the Provisional Registration of the State Medical/Dental Council or Medical/Dental Council of India for fresh candidates completing their internship. For old pass-out candidates, present either the Permanent Registration of the State Medical/Dental Council or the Medical/Dental Council of India.
5. Include documents verifying Date of Birth, Place of Birth, and Indian Citizenship. This may consist of a School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate (mandatory for all candidates) and a Birth Certificate/Passport (if the birthplace is not specified in the School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate).
6. For SEBC, ST, and SC categories, provide a Caste certificate issued by the Competent Authorities of Gujarat State.
7. For the SEBC category, submit the Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by the Competent Authorities of Gujarat State, dated on or after 01/04/2021.
8. For the EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) category, present the EWS certificate issued by the Competent Authorities of Gujarat State, dated on or after 01/04/2021.
9. For PwD Candidates, include the Disability Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
10. Include a copy of the Passport if the candidate holds Dual/Foreign Citizenship.
11. Provide the 12th Marksheet for candidates who completed MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat.
12. Submit the Domicile certificate of Gujarat state for candidates who completed MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat, only if the birthplace is outside Gujarat.

MBBS/MS/MD Admissions in Gujarat: Gujarat NEET PG Counseling 2024
ACPUGMEC will conduct Gujarat NEET PG Counseling 2024. Let’s look into the Gujarat MBBS counseling process and apply for MBBS/MS/MD admissions in Gujarat. The State counseling process comprises four rounds, namely Round 01, Round 02, Round 03 (Mop-Up Round), and Round 04 (Stray Vacancy Round).
A. ROUND-01
a) Main counseling Registration, including payment of Non-refundable Registration fee and Refundable Security Deposit.
b) Exercising of Choices.
c) Seat Allotment for Round-01.
d) Publication of Round-01 results on the Admission Committee’s Website.
e) Reporting at the selected Help Center with a paid tuition fee receipt.
Upgradation: Candidates desiring to upgrade from Round 01 to Round 02 must provide online consent on the Admission Committee’s Website and participate in Round 02.
B. ROUND-02
Candidates registered for Round 01 without any allotted seat need not re-register.
a) Fresh Registration for Round 02 is mandatory for candidates not registered in Round 01.
b) Candidates who Resigned/Did not report in Round 01 need not re-register.
c) Fresh Choice filling for Round-02.
d) Publication of Round-02 results on the Admission Committee’s Website.
e) Reporting at the selected Help Center with a paid tuition fee receipt.
f) Candidates who joined a Round-02 seat in State Quota or AIQ counseling are ineligible for subsequent rounds of State and All India Quota counseling.
C. ROUND-03 (Mop-Up Round)
a) Fresh Registration with the payment of the registration fee is required for the Mop-Up Round for the following candidates:
- Candidates registered in Round 02 who exited with fee forfeiture without joining can re-register with the payment of fees.
- Candidates who have already joined and taken admission up to Round 02 are not eligible for the Mop-Up Round and Stray Vacancy Round.
- Those registered but not allotted a seat in Round 01 and Round 02 need not re-register.
b) Fresh choice filling for Mop-Up Round.
c) Publication of Mop-Up Round results on the Admission Committee’s Website.
d) Reporting at the selected Help Center with a paid tuition fee receipt.
D. ROUND-04 (Stray Vacancy Round)
a) No Fresh Registration of Candidates in the Stray Vacancy Round.
b) Seat allotment is done Online/Offline, as decided by the Admission Committee.
- For Online mode, Fresh Choice filling is allowed after online consent by the candidate.
- For Offline mode, the candidate must give online consent to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round and attend the scheduled offline counseling.
c) Eligible candidates not holding any seat in previous rounds of All India Quota/State Quota counseling may participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.
