Arunachal Pradesh MBBS Admission 2025 will rely on NEET 2025 results, with counseling sessions conducted by the DHE Arunachal Pradesh through a centralized online platform. 1. The following categories of candidates are eligible for admission:
a. Children of Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST).
b. Children of Non-APST employees of the State Government, All India Services (AIS), the Central Government, and Central Public Sector Undertakings serving in Arunachal Pradesh.
c. All other individuals residing in Arunachal Pradesh for the last three years or more who have passed Class XII from any school within Arunachal Pradesh and have appeared in the NEET 2025 examination.
For Arunachal Pradesh MBBS Admission, candidates must have obtained marks above the declared CUTOFF in the NEET 2025.
2. Minimum academic qualifications and age criteria for counseling and admission in various courses are as follows:
i) FOR DEGREE COURSES: – Passed Class XII (with at least 40% marks) from a Government-recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
The minimum age for admission to various courses is 17 years as of December 31, 2023. Age limits will be further governed by the norms of the Medical Council of India and other respective affiliating bodies or admitting institutions.
PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES:
Candidates claiming the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) quota will have their status verified based on the declaration made during the NEET 2025 form filling. Registration and Choice Filling:
- All eligible candidates must register online at www.apdhte.nic.in during the specified schedule and pay the designated non-refundable registration fees for Arunachal Pradesh MBBS Admission.

Sc & AH, B.Sc) must follow the reporting procedures to the Directorate of Medical Education, Research and Training or the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, as applicable.
- Failure to choose the Float or Freeze option, remit the security deposit/seat acceptance fees, or report to the respective Directorate within the stipulated date will result in the cancellation of seat allotment for the 1st Round.

Seat Allotment and Reporting to the Directorate/Institutes for Round 2:
- Only seats remaining vacant after the completion of reporting for the 1st Round will be available for allotment in the 2nd Round. This applies to candidates who opted for the Floating Option in the 1st Round and those who did not receive any seats in the 1st Round.
- The second Round of allotment, based on available seats and NEET 2025 merit, will be notified and published on the website www.apdhte.nic.in.
- After the 2nd Round of counseling result declaration, candidates will have the Freeze option only under the Submit Willingness tab.
1. A candidate whose seat has been upgraded or retained during the second Round must Freeze the allotment and report to the respective Directorates, following the procedures described for the First Round, to receive the Nomination Letter during the notified schedule.
2. A candidate who has been allotted a seat only in the 2nd Round will view and download the provisional allotment letter, pay the Seat Acceptance Fee/Security Deposit, Freeze the willingness, and report to the respective Directorate as described for the 1st Round.
3. Failure to pay the Seat Acceptance Fee/Security Deposit, Freeze the allotment, or report to the respective Directorate within the stipulated schedule will result in automatic cancellation of the seat allotment, making the seat available for the Spot Round.

Withdrawal of Seats:
- Candidates issued provisional admission/nomination letters during the 1st or 2nd Round but not admitted to the allotted institution can withdraw the seat online within the stipulated schedule. Such candidates can participate in the Spot round if desired for Arunachal Pradesh MBBS Admission.
- Candidates who have been admitted to the allotted institution are not allowed to withdraw their seats.
- Seat Acceptance Fee/Security Deposit of candidates who withdraw their seat during the stipulated period will be refunded as notified by the Directorate.

Conversion Guidelines:
Before the allocation of seats in the initial round, if the count of registered eligible PWD candidates is lower than the available seats, conversion of PWD seats to non-PWD is permissible within the respective categories.
