For the MBBS Course Compulsory Government Service Bond Proforma is as follows –
As per Government Order No. 950/71-2-82/2017 dated 07.03.2018 of the Medical Education Section-2, candidates admitted to Undergraduate (MBBS/BDS) courses in Government Medical/Dental Colleges/Institutes/Universities in Uttar Pradesh are required to sign a Compulsory Government Service Bond. The bond entails several conditions and restrictions, and any deviation from the terms of the bond will result in consequences. Specifically, if a candidate (excluding medical officers holding MBBS degree of PMHS cadre) fails to adhere to the bond’s terms, they will be liable to pay an amount of 10 lakh Rupees to the state government.
The bond amount for Uttar Pradesh MBBS candidates will be deposited in the state treasury by the Director General, Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, through the Principal/Director/Registrar after completing all necessary formalities at the respective medical college/institute/university level. In case of deviation from the bond, if a candidate fails to deposit the bond amount, it will be recovered as if it were land revenue.

- Only those NEET qualified PMHS candidates, whose list is provided by Director General Medical & Health under policy framed by Health & Family Welfare Department, are eligible for due weightage as per norms, will be eligible for UP NEET PG 2025 counselling.

UP NEET PG Counselling 2025: Counselling Process

Online Choice Filling:

MOP-UP Round:
- Candidates who are allotted but have not joined/admitted/ resigned any seat will not be eligible for the MOP-UP Round.
- Any candidate who has taken admission to any PG course in any Medical Dental College in India through All India/ other state counseling will not be eligible for the MOP-UP Round.
- Fresh registration with Rs 2000/- is mandatory for the Mop-Up round and only these candidates will be included in the mop-up merit list.
- Candidates will have to produce certificates in the original at the time of admission.
- The conversion of seats will be carried out during the Mop-up round of seat allotment for the State quota. The said conversion will be done only when the candidates belonging to the said conversion category have exhausted. The algorithm for the conversion of category is as follows:

- Fresh registration will be done during the stray vacancy round.
UP NEET PG Counselling 2025: Admission Process
- Candidates have to complete their admission Process including fees deposit at the allotted Medical & Dental Colleges/ Nodal center mentioned in the allotment letter.
- It will be mandatory for the candidates allotted seats in Private Medical & Dental Colleges/Institutes/Universities (except minority Institutions) to deposit the tuition fee fixed by the government at the time of admission. In minority Colleges/Institutions, it will be mandatory for the candidates to deposit the tuition fee prescribed by the respective Colleges/Institutes.
- If a candidate does not take admission to the allotted seat by the due date, he/she shall forfeit any right of admission based on said counseling/allotment.
- Candidates who fail to produce the required original documents at the time of admission or if any concealment or falsification of facts comes to the light at the time of admission or thereafter during the academic sessions, it will make the candidate lose his/her candidature and he/she will be subjected to legal action.
- Bond will be made to the effect that in case the student leaves the Government Medical/Dental College seat after the 2nd counseling, or at any time during the course of study, then the candidate will deposit an amount of Rs 5,00,000/(Five lakhs) as per Govt. Bond.
