A. ROUND-01

Gujarat NEET PG Process for Online Registration
1. Purchase the PIN online from the website www.medadmgujarat.org by paying Rs. 3000/- (Non-refundable) + Rs. 25,000/- (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs. 28,000/-.
2. Candidates are informed that all admission-related activities should be completed within the specified time limit set by the Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC). Refer to the admission schedule declared by ACPPGMEC on www.medadmgujarat.org.
3. Candidates qualifying for NEET-PG in the current academic year and meeting the eligibility criteria of Gujarat State must visit www.medadmgujarat.org for Online Form Registration.
4. For online form registration, click on “Medical, Dental, CPS diploma” under “Post Graduate Admission.” A new window will appear on the computer screen.
5. Click the “Login for Postgraduate Medical Admission” button, and a new window will appear.
6. Click on “Purchase PIN” to buy the online PIN, following the provided instructions. The PIN can be obtained by paying Rs. 28,000/- (Rs. 3000/- Non-Refundable + Rs. 25,000/- Refundable Security Deposit).
7. Click on “Candidate Registration/Login” to initiate the registration process. A new window will appear.

10. Fill in personal details in the displayed “Online Registration Form.” The candidate’s ‘Serial number of PIN’ will serve as a login/USER ID. Set a password, and remember it for future logins.
11. Maintain the confidentiality of your password and purchased PIN. Store your ID, Password, and PIN at multiple secure locations. If you lose your PIN, visit CCR, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar, to regenerate it by paying Rs. 500.
12. Verify the entries, select “I Agree” if the declaration is acceptable, and click “SUBMIT.” If any mandatory information is missing, complete the form and click “SUBMIT.”
13. Click on “Save Changes,” and a new window will appear.
14. “Registration Details” will be generated. Click “EDIT/CONFIRM APPLICATION” if corrections are required. Upload the necessary documents and click “Confirm Registration Details.” No changes will be allowed after this step.
15. Schedule an appointment for Document Verification at a Help Center. Select the Date and Help Center at the time of printing the Registration Slip. Submit “Registration Details” and relevant original documents and self-attested photocopies at the appointed Help Center.
16. Print the Registration Details by clicking “Re-Print Registration Slip” or “Registration Details” under “REGISTRATION DETAILS.”
17. For Help Center confirmation, take two copies of the “Registration Details.” Attach self-attested copies of all relevant documents as per the list mentioned at the bottom of the Registration Details. Both the candidate and parent/guardian must sign the Registration Details. SC/SEBC/ST/EWS/PwD category candidates must submit two copies of caste certificates, non-creamy layer certificates, and school leaving certificates/transfer certificates.
18. The Help Center officer will verify the Registration Details and documents, retain the Registration Slip and documents, and issue a signed and sealed Registration Slip to the candidate. It is mandatory to verify all original documents at the Help Center and obtain a Registration Slip for further eligibility.
23. For NRI CATEGORY CANDIDATES: Document verification and submission for NRI Quota will only be done at the ACPUGMEC office, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar. Detailed instructions for NRI candidates are available on the website www.medadmgujarat.org.
24. For PwD (PERSONS WITH DISABILITY) CANDIDATES: Candidates applying for the PwD quota must undergo a disability examination at the Medical Board of ACPUGMEC.
