Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 Counselling: Round-2 Dates Announced; Registration Begins Today

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu, has released the schedule for round 2 of Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 counselling on its official portal. Candidates who did not participate in the first round are permitted to complete fresh registration online between December 19 and December 20, 2025.

As outlined in the announced timetable, the round 2 seat allotment result will be published on December 23, 2025. Registration for this phase of counselling is available through the official website, tnmedicalselection.net.

Eligible candidates can submit their course and college preferences for round 2 from December 20 to December 21, 2025. Both general category applicants, ranked from GR 001 to GR 6989, and management quota candidates, ranked from GR 001 to R 3912, are allowed to take part in the registration and choice filling process during this period.

Round 2 of Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 counselling will start with an online registration process, after which candidates will be required to submit their preferences through online choice filling. Applicants can revise their selected options multiple times until the choices are finally locked. After locking, no further changes to the chosen course or institution will be permitted.

Candidates wishing to take part in round 2 must pay both refundable and non-refundable counselling fees. The non-refundable amount is set at INR 1,000 for both government quota and management quota applicants.
