2. Click on the Mobile and Email Registration. Ensure you have a valid and working mobile number and email ID. OTPs will be sent to these at various stages, so keep them active throughout the counseling process. Enter the OTPs received for verification.

3. After entering the necessary details, click the validate button. If everything is correct and verified, you will see a successful message and can proceed to the registration form.

4. Complete the registration form with the required details.

5. Click the validate button to proceed to the payment gateway for the fee. If all details are correct, your system will display a payment reference number.

• Non-local status candidates are eligible only for 15% of the unreserved seats, while local candidates are also eligible for these 15% unreserved seats.

ii. Foreign Medical Qualifications:

• Suppose the candidate has a medical qualification equivalent to an MBBS (Primary Medical Qualification) from outside India. In that case, the degree must be recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the National Medical Commission (NMC) for enrollment as a medical practitioner in India. The degree must also be registered with the MCI/NMC.

iii. Permanent Registration:

• Candidates must have permanent registration with the National Medical Commission or any State Medical Council. This certificate must be uploaded along with the application.

iv. Fees:

• Candidates must pay an equivalency fee for the verification of degrees obtained outside the state, along with the registration and processing fee. These fees are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted to a future date.
