Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling 2025: Round 1 Seat Allotment Result Out at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in

The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) announced the Round 1 seat allotment result for NEET UG 2025 admissions to MBBS and BDS courses on August 18. The allotment list is available in PDF format on the official websites. Candidates who have been allotted seats are required to download their allotment letter and complete the admission process, including document verification, from August 19 to August 24, 2025.

The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has published the first seat allotment list for MBBS, BDS, and BHMS courses. The allocation is carried out on the basis of NEET UG 2025 scores. Candidates allotted a seat through JCECEB counselling can download their provisional allotment letter from the official website, jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. 

To secure admission, they must confirm acceptance online and report to the assigned institute for document verification by August 24. Seats have been allotted across eight medical colleges offering MBBS, four dental colleges offering BDS, and four institutions providing BHMS programmes.

How to Check Jharkhand NEET UG 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result

Candidates can view and download the Round 1 seat allotment result by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official websites – jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in or neetug.jceceb.org.in.

Step 2: Open the “NEET UG 2025” or “Counselling” section.

Step 3: Click on the link for “Round 1 Seat Allotment Result (MBBS/BDS) 2025.”

Step 4: Log in using your User ID/Application Number and Password/Date of Birth, and enter the captcha if required.

Step 5: Select “View/Download Allotment” to access the PDF.

Step 6: Save the file and take a printout for reference.

Step 7: Verify details such as candidate name, roll number, NEET score, rank, allotted college, course, and category.

Step 8: Once verified, download the allotment letter and retain it for the admission process.

Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling: Seat Upgradation

The counselling process in Jharkhand for NEET UG 2025 will consist of three regular rounds followed by a stray vacancy round. Candidates who wish to change their allotted institute or course can apply for seat upgradation in the next round. Upgradation is considered as per the candidate’s preferences filled during choice selection. If no higher option is allotted in the following round, the previously assigned seat will remain valid.
