Zoram Medical College is a government medical college in Mizoram. It is affiliated with Mizoram University. The college was formerly known as the Mizoram Institute of Medical Education & Research. It is the first medical college established in Mizoram, India. Located in Falkawn, approximately 16 km from Aizawl, the college was officially inaugurated on 7 August 2018 by the then Chief Minister of Mizoram, Lalthanhawla. ZMC was set up to address the increasing need for qualified medical professionals within the state.
