3. Deemed Universities will conduct their Stray Vacancy Round independently.

  i. There will be no fresh registration of candidates in the Final Stray Vacancy Round.

  ii. No choice filling is allowed in the Stray Vacancy Round. Choices filled during the Mop-Up round will be considered for allotment in the Stray Vacancy Round.

  iii. Online seat allotment will be carried out using dedicated software.

MCC initially uploads a provisional result in each round, allowing candidates to verify the outcomes based on their choices, merit, and eligibility. In case of discrepancies, candidates can contact MCC for resolution. The final result, uploaded after rectifying any discrepancies, is considered authoritative. The provisional result is indicative and not legally binding; candidates are cautioned against making travel arrangements based on this result.
