• Go to the official Kerala NEET 2025 counselling website: cee.kerala.gov.in
• Select the ‘KEAM 2025’ link
• Log in using your Application Number, Password, and Access Code
• Click on the ‘Option Registration’ tab
• Choose preferred courses and colleges
• Arrange the selected options in order of preference
• Lock and submit the final list of choices

CEE Kerala has also published the list of MBBS and BDS colleges participating in the counselling, along with fee structures and related details, through an official notification.
