Procedure for Admission to Open Merit Category Seats (State Quota Seats) in Private Medical Colleges in Haryana: –

1. Admissions Criteria:

Admissions under various categories will be based on the Haryana State Merit list prepared from the NEET UG 2024 candidates registered on the admission web portal.
Candidates applying through NEET UG 2024 must meet the eligibility criteria specified for admission.

2. Counseling Schedule and Process:

3. Online Counseling and Seat Allocation:

Candidates must make their course and institution choices during online counseling, and these choices are final, with no opportunity for editing after the specified date.

The process for counseling of MBBS/BDS courses to fill State Quota seats in Government/Government Aided Medical/Dental Colleges and State Quota seats in Private Medical/Dental Colleges, as outlined above, will be replicated for admissions to Management Category seats. Admission to NRI Category (NRIs/PIOs/OCIs/Foreign National): –

Admissions under the NRI Category for MBBS/BDS courses will be based on the NEET 2024 merit. The admission procedure for NRI quota seats is outlined as follows:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

Only NEET-qualified candidates are eligible under the NRI category.

4. Admission of Foreign Nationals:

3. Online Counseling Choices:

3. Preference Criteria:

The preference for admission under the NRI category will be considered in the following order:

(i) Actual NRIs/OCIs/PIOs candidates who originally belonged to the State of Haryana.

(iii) Actual NRIs/OCIs/PIOs who originally belonged to an Indian State and Union Territories other than Haryana.

4. Conditions for First-degree Relation (NRI):

The first-degree relation should be the nearest.
Defined blood relations include real uncle, real aunt, real maternal uncle, real maternal aunt, grandfather, grandmother, and first-degree paternal and maternal cousins.
The person should be an NRI, ordinarily residing abroad, and must have looked after the student as their guardian, supported by evidence.

5. Consideration of Foreign Nationals:

Foreign Nationals will be considered for admission under the NRI quota after exhausting the list of NRIs/PIOs/OCIs.
