• In colleges established after June 2, 2014 (post-formation of Telangana State), 100% of seats under the Competent Authority Quota are reserved for local candidates, as per G.O.Ms.No. 72 HM&FW Department dated July 3, 2023.

Telangana MBBS Counselling Application Process

1. Go to [https://tsmedadm.tsche.in/] (https://tsmedadm.tsche.in/).

2. Click on the Mobile and Email Registration. Ensure you have a valid and working mobile number and email ID. OTPs will be sent to these at various stages, so keep them active throughout the counseling process. Enter the OTPs received for verification.

3. After entering the necessary details, click the validate button. If everything is correct and verified, you will see a successful message and can proceed to the registration form.

4. Complete the registration form with the required details.

5. Click the validate button to proceed to the payment gateway for the fee. If all details are correct, your system will display a payment reference number.
