3. Deemed Universities will conduct their Stray Vacancy Round independently.
i. There will be no fresh registration of candidates in the Final Stray Vacancy Round.
ii. No choice filling is allowed in the Stray Vacancy Round. Choices filled during the Mop-Up round will be considered for allotment in the Stray Vacancy Round.
iii. Online seat allotment will be carried out using dedicated software.
iv. Eligible candidates without any existing seat can participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.
