According to information provided by AIIMS authorities, only foreign nationals and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) holding foreign citizenship, possessing a foreign passport, and paying AIIMS Delhi fees in foreign currency qualify for this quota.
Indian citizens, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), and NRI-sponsored candidates are not eligible to apply under the Foreign National Quota in AIIMS.
