The National Board of Examinations (NBE) declared the NEET MDS 2024 result on April 3rd. Aspirants who took the exam can view their results on the official website natboard.edu.in. The NEET MDS 2024 exam, administered by the NBE, took place on March 18, 2024. The results are accessible in PDF format, and candidates can check them without logging in. It’s important to note that individual scorecards for NEET MDS 2024 participants will be accessible on the official portal starting April 12, 2024.
How to Check NEET MDS 2024 Result?
To access the NEET MDS 2024 result, follow these steps:
1. Visit the official website of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) at nbe.edu.in or natboard.edu.in.
2. Click on the “NEET MDS 2024 Result” link.
3. The NEET MDS PDF document will appear on the screen. Look for the link labeled “Click here to view the NEET MDS 2024 result” and click on it to open a new PDF document.
4. Navigate through the 194-page NEET MDS Result 2024 PDF document by scrolling down.
5. Check for your roll number, application ID, score out of 960, and NEET MDS rank within the PDF document.
The merit position for All India 50% Quota seats will be announced separately. The final merit list and category-wise merit list for State Quota seats will be generated by the respective States/Union Territories according to their qualifying/eligibility criteria, applicable guidelines/Regulations, and reservation policy.

NEET MDS Counselling
The designated counseling authority for NEET MDS 2024 will release a separate handbook detailing the counseling process and applicable reservations. During counseling conducted by the designated authority, registration will be based on the information provided in the NBEMS NEET MDS 2024 Application Form, pre-populated in the registration form. Hence, candidates are advised to maintain the same registration details (e.g., mobile number, email ID) as provided in the NBEMS NEET MDS 2024 Registration Form.
Candidates who have completed BDS from the UT of Jammu & Kashmir are eligible for participation in counseling for 50% of All India Quota seats. They are also eligible for participation in the ‘Grant of Short Service Commission in the Army Dental Corps’ and for MDS admissions in Armed Forces Institutes.
NRI candidates will be eligible for both NRI seats and Indian National seats based on their merit. OBC – NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, as per the Central list of OBC, are only eligible to claim OBC reservation in the counseling conducted by the MCC of DGHS, including counseling for All India 50% quota seats. Therefore, applicants for NEET MDS are advised to indicate their category as OBC in the application form only if their caste belongs to the Central list of OBCs, and they fall under the non-creamy layer category.
