Admission Procedure
The admission procedure is followed by centralized counseling, which will be conducted online. The candidates will be invited for counseling per their rank in the entrance exam. The Admission will be offered based on marks scored by the candidates in NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test). Delhi NCR has several medical and dental colleges that offer education in the related field and an internship facility. Eligible candidates could apply only by fulfilling the eligibility criteria given below.
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen. OCI, NRI, PIO, or Foreign National candidates can also apply.
- The lower age should be 17 as on 31st December 2023.
- The upper age limit is 25 for General/OBC and 30 for SC/ST categories.
- Candidates should pass the 12th class with a PCB subject and an English subject from a recognized board.
- 12th exam should be passed with 50% marks (40% for reserved category candidates).
Selection Procedure
Candidates must appear and pass the NEET exam 2023 for Admission into medical courses. After clearing the exam, candidates have to register online for the counseling procedure. The counseling will be held for 15% of all India quota seats and 85% of state quota seats by the MCC & DGHS and each college individually. The candidates must appear in the counseling & confirm their seats in MBBS/BDS in the allotted college. The seats will be allocated based on document verification, the candidate’s rank, and the availability of seats.

Delhi NEET PG 2023 Admission
Eligibility for NEET-PG Exam:
- Candidates doing MBBS or have completed the MBBS from colleges recognized by Indian Medical Council are eligible.
- The candidate has passed MBBS degree with a minimum of 50% for the general category and 45% for the SC, ST, and OBC categories.
- Must have completed one year of internships on or before 31st March of the academic year commencement.
For Foreign Medical Graduates:
- Candidates who have completed an MBBS course from colleges outside India must clear the FMGE test, have permanent registration with MCI, and can apply for the NEET-PG exam.
- Candidates who have done their internships before 31st March of the commencement of the academic year can also participate in the NEET PG exam.
For Candidate with Foreign nationalities:
- Candidates from outside India can also apply for the NEET-PG exam. They don’t need temporary registration with MCI, and they can sit for the NEET-PG exam without MCI registration. However, they can apply for provisional registration with MCI.
- Candidates appearing for the NEET-PG exam must have registered with the registering authority in their home country, and the competent authority for the concerned country should recognize their qualifications.
