Eligibility Criteria  

The candidates willing to pursue an Emergency medicine Course must meet the eligibility criteria.

  1. The candidates must be a holder of MBBS from a recognized Institute approved by MCI.
  2. The candidate’s score in the undergraduate program must be 55 %.
  3. The SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% i.e. 45-50% aggregate.
  4. The candidates should have done one year of rotating internship after completing MBBS.
  5. The candidates should pass NEET PG and get a good rank to get admission in Emergency Medicine Course.

  • The students need to qualify for the entrance examination which is conducted every year. NEET PG is a broadly accepted entrance examination that is conducted by the NBE (  National Board of Examination). However, some other respective Institutes conduct their own entrance examination such as AIIMS PG, JIPMER PG, and PGIMER.
  •  After successful completion of the entrance examination the candidates have to do registration for counseling. The counseling process is organized by the different colleges.
  • According to the rank of the entrance examination the candidates will be called for the counseling session. This includes verification of the documents, allotment of seats, and the clearing of fees.
